Massimiliano BarboliniMassimiliano Barbolini debut in November 1998 at the Teatro Borgatti in Cento in "Il Signor Bruschino" by G. Rossini and later has interpreted the other four "farse" under the Maestro Claudio Desderi direction even in important theatres as Opera Comique of Paris, the Konzerthause of Wien and the Teatro Ariosto of Reggio Emilia in a tournée which ended in March 2002.

In May 2000 he debut in "Così fan tutte" by W. A. Mozart directed by C. Desderi in Turin. In July 2001 debut and recorded for Dinamic in exclusive "La Zingara" by G. Donizetti at the International Opera Festival of Martinafranca directed by Arnold Bosman.

In November 2001 he interpreted the "arie da camera" by G. Verdi during the celebrations for the year of Verdi with Andrea Dindo at the piano at the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei in Roma. In December 2001 he performed the Christmas Concert with Maestro Leone Magiera.

In July 2001 he debut in "Maometto II" by G. Rossini at the Rossini Festival of Wildbad directed by Brad Cohen exclusively recorded by label Nexos. Since December 2002 he has been invited several times by the Italian Embassy to perform concerts in several countries including the United Kingdom, Indonesia and Tanzania.

In January 2003 he performed for Nobel prize winner Rita Levi Montalcini in a concert directed by Marco Beretta. In April 2003 he began a collaboration with Corale Rossini and the Teatro Comunale of Modena debutting in "La Messa di Gloria" by G. Puccini and in the next three years "Stabat Mater" by G. Rossini, "Carmina Burana" by C. Orff, "Nabucco" by G. Verdi e the "Spatzen Messe" by Mozart.

In June 2003 he has worked with the Arturo Toscanini Foundation of Parma debutting as Donna Nora in "Matremmonio Annascuso" by L. Leo directed by A. D'Agostini, in July 2003 in "Carmina Burana" at the Vigoleno Castle directed by M. Caldi.

Not to mention the October 2004 lyric season opening at the National Theatre of Novi Sad in Serbia with a concert broadcasted in live television, directed by Maestro S. Seghedoni.

He debut in December 2004 in the Beethoven's Nineth Simphony directed by Maestro Caldi with the Theatre Carlo Coccia Orchestra of Novara.

In March 2005, during the Premio Ragno d'Oro, he performed in a concert for Unicef.

In October 2005 first exclusive performance of the scenic oratory "La Signora di Monza" by A. Bellisario recorded on DVD.

Among the several performances should be noted the debut in "Rigoletto" during the 2005/2006 season for the Coordinamento Teatrale Trentino directed by Eddi De Nadai.

In August 2006 he was a guest at Festival Musicale Palmiero Giannetti in Siena for several acts of "Rigoletto".

In December 2006 he performed in the Duomo of Modena "Il Natale del Redentore" by L. Perosi directed by Maestro D. Bononcini.

With the Amarcord group, of which he has been a member since year 2000, he partecipated in several tournées in Italy and overseas; remarkable, in March 2007, the one in Brazil where he performed in the most important theatres such as Saint Isabel in Recife and the Amazonas in Manaus in lyric cabaret shows.

In 2008 in Sofia and at the Opera Theatre of Budapest, in 2009 in Brazil with the sponsorship of Regione Emilia Romagna, in lyric cabaret shows.

January and February 2008 tournée of Rigoletto in Central America (Guatemala, Panama, Salvador, Nicaragua, Costarica) directed by Maestro Bruno D'Astoli with the direction of Massimo Pezzutti.

In April 2008 he's the winner of the role of Mantova Duke in the third edition of the international opera contest "Giovanni Pacini" in Campi Bisenzio

In September 2009 Closing concert of Serate Estensi at Villa Cesi in Modena.

In May 2010 Fiuggi Theater Boheme e Rigoletto selection.

In May 2010 Concert at the Residence of the Italian Ambassador in Cape Town and charity concert for the Charity Missionaries of Mother Theresa with Fun Opera in South Africa.

In June 2010 Concert at the Italian Embassy in Lisbon for Consulta della Regione Emilia Romagna with Fun Opera.

In July 2010 Concert for the Rassegna Lirica a Corte at Palazzo Grossi in Ravenna.

In September 2010 Concerts with Opera Fun, Festival Palco Italia Itinerante with Istituto Italiano di Cultura of Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo.

In November 2010 Stabat Mater di Rossini in Chiesa Colleggiata Santa Maria Maggiore a Pieve di Cento.

In December 2010 Oratorio di Natale of Camille Saint-Saëns Op. 12 at the Basilica of San Francesco in Ravenna.

He has perfected his studies with Maestro Luciano Pavarotti.
